Dear Residents and Families,

The purpose of this letter is to communicate updates regarding our Covid-19 reporting and the actions we continue to take to combat and protect our community.

We have had no new positive Covid-19 cases since I last reported on May 5th that one staff member tested positive for Covid during our biweekly testing of staff.

This staff member had been vaccinated.

This employee had worked on A1/B1 and B2 units leading up to May 5th. Consequently, these units were changed to Yellow Zones which dictated that the residents on these units were placed on Transmission-Based Precautions due to known exposure and visitation on these units were suspended.

Visitation for these units are now available starting May 15th.

We appreciate your continued prayers and trust in the care and services we provide and for your understanding and support of any necessary adjustments as this situation evolves.

Please feel free to contact me at 717-633-4520 with any questions or concerns.

May God bless us all.

Respectfully,

Daniel Pyle, LNHA
Administrator, Hanover Hall
