August 23, 2021 Dear Residents and Families, The purpose of this letter is to communicate updates regarding our covid-19 reporting and the actions we continue to take to combat and protect our community. On Friday, 8/20, we received notice from the Commonwealth that York County’s Covid positivity rate has increased to 9.6% and Adams County increased to 8.3%. A County positivity rate of 5% or greater does require the facility to take additional precautions. Effective Monday, August 9, we will continue test all non-vaccinated staff weekly until York County positivity rate falls below 5%. VISITATIONS: Effective today, 8/23, we have extended our visitation window to 7:00pm Monday through Friday . This means the last reservation can be made at 7:00pm. For Saturday and Sunday, our last scheduled visitation will remain at 3:30pm However, I do need to review/reiterate the current visitation guidelines. · Visitors need to call the receptionist 24-hours in

A County positivity rate of 5% or greater does require the facility to take additional precautions. Effective Monday, August 9, we will test all non-vaccinated staff, weekly, until York County positivity rate falls below 5%. VISITATIONS: I do not intend to change our current visitation guidelines at this point in time.
